Beauty & Aesthetic Arts

Students are eligible to enroll in either or day or night time programs to complete his or her aesthetics course. 

Day students attend Tuesdays- Fridays 9:30am -4:30pm 

Night students attend Tuesdays- Fridays 5:30pm - 9:30pm 

Facial & Body Treatments - Learning basic facials, Bacials, Waxing, Tinting & Body Wraps 

Sanitation and Infection Control - Disinfection Methods & Disease prevention 

Rules, Laws, and Regulation - Texas State Board's License requirements 

Anatomy & Physiology - The body its systems and functions 

Makeup Application - Basic Makeup, Airbrush, Airbrush Tanning, Everyday & Special 

Personal & Professional Skills - Short, Intermediate, & Long term goals 

Resume & Cover Letters - Detailing your specialties in the industry 

Histology & Physiology of the skin - The functions of the cells of the skin 

Business Practices - Mission statements, Visions, Ethics, Morals, & Standards 

Dave Ramsey - Financial Freedom

Personal & Professional Skills - Short, Intermediate, & Long term goals 

Skin Sciences - Chemistry, Ingredients 

Facial Machines - Electrical Modalities 

Lasers - Qualifications, Cost, Certification 

Advanced Treatments - Chemical Exfoliation, Microdem, Micro-needling, Dermaplanning 

Students are required to wear all black while attending the International Institute of Aesthetic Arts & Beauty. Black shirts, pants and shoes or an IIOAA&B T-shirt(s).

Attendance is imperative for all programs. Students who are enrolled in our day or evening programs are required to attend at least 80% of their program no campus while the other 20% may be completed online via distance learning. 

Both written, practical, client, model and final test out are all required prior to complete the 750 hour program. 

Students will cover their own individual cost for both state board testing and licensing.
